I really love what I do! As a single father of 2 (now) young adults, helping people through hard times and stressful situations is one of the things I do best. With over 30 years of real estate experience in the Tampa area, I opened my own office in 1990 during the Savings & Loan crash. Having dealth with many market ups and downs, my devotion to my clients and my desire to advise them properly when to buy and when to sell has become the cornerstone of my business. My client's desired outcome is the highest priority. Having a support team of title companies, mortgage lenders, insurance agents, home inspectors, contractors, flooring specialists, window specialists help guide my clientele through an extraordinary and enjoyable sale or purchase.
Nothing is more satisfying, and enjoyable, when seeing the client happy and excited about getting a seller more money and faster than they expected; or, helping a buyer get the ideal property at the ideal price and terms they wanted, this is what gets me out of bed each morning.
